4/14/20 Daily Update


We are sad to report the fifth COVID-19 related death of a 75-year-old male. This individual also had underlying medical conditions. Two additional positives cases were reported today, and testing continues at both the county testing site and local healthcare providers. As a friendly reminder, law enforcement (state patrol, sheriff, and police officers) are still patrolling and will stop individuals not adhering to traffic laws, speed limits, and more. Please drive the posted speed limit and avoid distracted driving by not talking or texting while driving. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider. Montrose County Public Health has a test site available for individuals who meet criteria to be tested. In order to be tested, please CALL your primary care provider.
